Business Development Representative — EPM & FP&A Consulting
This is an opportunity to become a dedicated BDR at a growing business and technology consulting firm specializing in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), FP&A, and Business Intelligence solutions. The company was recently recognized as Technology Partner of the Year by a category-leading FP&A vendor.
In this role, you'll work directly with the Head of Sales and build pipeline across Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts throughout Canada and the United States. Real ownership, exposure to complex sales cycles, and the opportunity to help shape the outbound motion as the business grows.
What they're looking for: A proven pipeline builder who knows how to generate opportunities through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and thoughtful outbound prospecting. You're credible with senior buyers, comfortable operating in a startup-like environment, leverage AI tools as part of your daily workflow, and are motivated by uncapped earnings tied directly to your own performance.

OTE: $110,000 ($55,000 Base | $55,000 Variable | Uncapped Commission)
